  1. Request your free Cx MOMENTS trial here.

  2. Log in your Cx MOMENTS portal and select Zendesk Support as your Helpdesk solution.

  3. Enter your Zendesk domain and click on CONNECT TO ZENDESK SUPPORT .

  4. Login to your own Zendesk instance and click Authorise Cx MOMENTS to read your tickets.

How to connect your Salesforce instance to Cx MOMENTS:

  1. login to Cx MOMENTS portal.

  2. Select Salesforce as your your Helpdesk solution.

  3. Enter your Salesforce instance name. You can get this from your Salesforce URL, “.salesforce.com” e.g. if URL is “company.salesforce.com”, your instance is “company”, if unclear ask your Salesforce admin.

  4. Click connect to Salesforce where you will be directed to the Salesforce login page, authenticate and give Cx MOMENTS permission to read Salesforce data.

  5. Click ‘Submit’ and you’re done!

How to connect your Intercom instance to Cx Moments:

  1. login to Cx MOMENTS portal.

  2. Select Intercom as your Helpdesk solution.

  3. Click on CONNECT TO Zoho in your Zoho instance to Cx MOMENTS.

  4. Login to your own Zoho instance and authorise Cx MOMENTS to read your customer conversations.

  5. Click Submit and you’re done!

  2. Click on CONNECT TO LIVECHAT.

  3. Login to your own LiveChat instance and authorise Cx MOMENTS to read your chat sessions.
